Masses of small blue flowers smother the glossy foliage of this veronica for months in the summer, appearing sporadically throughout the rest of the year. Its evergreen foliage becomes a bronze-purple color in the winter. Its a great weed suppressing ground or bulb cover and looks fantastic spilling over the edge of a container or garden wall.
